I'm using pdflrf to convert scanned pdf for reading on Kindle DXG. I found the right side of pdf was cut off a little bit -- i.e. the right edge is cut by about 1 mm. If I turn the DXG to landscape mode, I can saw the content is completely inside the box, so the original file don't have a problem. I also tried different image resolution combinations but had same result.
