Wait - the cool thing about the browser isn't checking email or "surfing the web" on eink - it's having the ability to browse different epub stores and download books directly to your device!!

I was immediately sold on it when I was being lazy laying in bed, I wanted a specific book to read, and was able to go into the browser and download it directly to my device. So it has been pretty useful in my experience..

And I've also had both the Kobo touch and T1, and greatly prefer the T1. The plastic casing on the Kobo felt hollow somehow, and the dictionary absolutely pales in comparison to the T1...
