I would say: Go for the 650. You will not regret it.

Wifi: makes me feel big brother is watching... so I definitely wanted a reader without it.

Personalization: with proper configured PRS+ (in particular with future releases) you'll have way more personalization abillities than with the T1 or many other readers.
