Calibre integration? It's not integrated (whatever that should be) but perfect usable:
Plug in your reader and fill it over Calibre.

Browser: no browser on PRS-X50 readers. Cause there is no WIFI.
I guess you will use the browser if there is one. And doesn't need it when there is none. I for my part have the Sony 350 (very similiar to the 650) and never ever 'needed' a browser.

Concerning Android there should be a couple of applications you could use with the T1. But as a device built to read books and not playing Angry Birds (I pressume you want to read books) I'm convinced that the PRS650 & PRS+ is unbeatable.
