The "Introduce Yourself" forum is purely for that purpose - introducing yourself. It's not the place to ask for assistance with technical problems.
If you ask in the appropriate forum, someone may be able to assist you, although unfortunately you've chosen to buy an exceedingly obscure brand of reading device; I'm familiar with most of what's on the market, but this is a new one on me.
