i only had my Kindle 4 NT SO for 24 hours when it decided to stop working. the screen went dark and it would not present as a USB drive - the Kindle would be recognized by the computer but it would not show the contents of the drive.
ran to the retailer, exchanged it, and now i'm back to having a smile
this was a fluke, right?
