Buying used nook Simple Touch, what to look for?
Hi! I'm trying to save some money, and I found someone selling a used nook Simple Touch for $70. I've never used a nook before (can't buy them in Canada), and I don't really know what all I need to check on it, to make sure I'm not being scammed. Obviously, I'll look for a cracked screen or obvious physical damage, and I'll bring SD with me to make sure the card slot works, but I'm not too sure what other things I should check before I pay the guy. Are there any 'gotcha's that you guys are aware of that I should look out for? I'd hate to pay $70 for a lemon and have to pay another $99 to get a working unit!
