Georestrictions have been in place a hell of a lot longer than Agency pricing, Jon. Eg, Fictionwise locked their site down hard for non-US customers YEARS before agency pricing came along. The event that made most sites sit up and take notice was Hachette in France threatening to sue US sites for selling books out of region to non-US customers. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Agency agreements.
