I seem to be having a similar problem too but with 0.8.32, my download stops at 99% (42.3 mb out of 42.8) and never completes.I don't get any security warnings when i start download nor when it gets stuck, it just sits at 99% perpetually. I've tried downloading from other sources (cnet etc) but still the same. I use mcafee so I've turned off firewall and real time scanning. disabled no script and ad block in firefox, cleared firefox cache. i use adsl broadband (landline) so no issue with wifi. laptop set to never hibernate or turn off automatically (connected to power socket anyway). I can download anything else on the net except this file
