Wow, that feels like ancient history over here. And they certainly don't stop me giving blood...

Right now, I'm trying to work out how to use my shiny new Garmin Sat Nav (GPS Navigator to our overseas friends) before setting off to visit the in-laws, 10 miles down the road .
