I'm very sorry to say that I have not received any help with my enTourage eDGe. I have paid $499 plus tax and shipping for a device I can't use. I am very saddened by this. I will just have to purchase another e-reader device. I searced the site for information on my device but I found nothing that could help me. There was one entry that was in German that I could not read so I don't what was in it.
