All of my kobo bought books, with drm magically gone from ePUB versions, display the publisher's styling choices. So I get paragraph indents, no spaces between paragraphs, etc. This includes, via a setting on the Touch, the ability to use embedded fonts. The kepub books all have Kobo styling, though aspects of that can also be turned off by way of a device setting on the Touch.
