Try to get a Sony 350. Sony doesn't sell it but you can find at eBay. I think it's the smallest one with eink screen (one of my coworkers says that he can carry it in a pocket -coat, of course- without problems) and I carry it around in no big bags.

If you want something that the manufacturer still sells, I would go to Cybook Opus or Pocketbook 360+.

All of them are 5" screen, any 6" screen is too much big for what you want (I think that, that's the reason I always carry around my Sony).
