Tracking my replacement Kindle. It's already in The Netherlands, in Amsterdam, which is oh so close. I don't expect it to be delivered today (although it would be a nice Christmast present).
Preparing to open the store. We officially open at 10am but I think I'll open early today. I haven't got a clue how busy it will be today. My best guess is that it's going to be busy in the morning and quiet in the afternoon because people will start their Christmas celebrations early on their free Saturday.
