The first few hours of the update, the feature that allowed you to lock your carousel choice to shortlist was not included in the update. It is now in there. Folks have a couple of choices. They can revert to .14 and then update--at which point they will get the "fixed" update. They can do a factory reset, and the set-up process will result in the "fixed" update. Customer Care is also giving some advice on this--which may be different from those two choices. In any case, it is indeed lousy that the early updaters did not get the whole and complete update, but it is definitely fixable.
