Hi,

I think I have a similar problem. I tried to email a mobi file to my kindle and it failed immediately. The test email also fails. However, if I send the same ebook as an attachment directly from my email account (an earthlink account) to my kindle, that works. I used to use Calibre to email books to my kindle, so this is a new development -- maybe 6 months old? Not exactly sure because I don't do this very often.
