End Notes: results from several Mac and iPad apps

Here's some results of "end notes" within different readers. The original doc was MSWord with footnotes which were converted to end notes. Doc was put in Pages (Mac), cleaned up, and exported. Results:
End Note links worked fine on Mac (OSX) in ADE, Nook for Mac, and Calibre Viewer.
On my iPad (latest iOS) end note links worked fine (in both directions) in: Bluefire, iBooks, Kobo, , and uBooks. (uBooks has a rather unique of displaying the links. It places an interactive arrow at the beginning of the line in addition to the note number link itself.
End Notes did NOT work in: Readme, Shubooks, Stanza
