Who says the book is useable in the DRM format. It would still be the same book, and non-kobo devices would choke on it the same way. Kobo offers books in both Kobo forat and Adobe DRM format. It's the Adobe DRM format we are discussing here. Someone is erroneously stuffing the Kepub into the Adobe content server, and that's a problem.
