But I prefer my chickens fattened naturally! No supplements, please...

Oh, I tried 5thWiggle's recipe... But, naturally, with my own twist... Instead of making 4 servings, I made 24. I also didn't make a ball out of my feta cheese, I crumbled it, cut the chicken really small, and mixed those (and some herbs and spices) into a bowl. Cut my dough squares into 4 smaller ones (those dough sqares are somewhat like phyllo dough, but a bit different). 12 of those smaller squares are enough to fill my mini-muffin tin. I then scooped the mixture into the muffin form and closed the forms by folding the four points towards the center. 12 holes in that tin, two tins, so, 24 bite sized packets!

Oh, I had some left over and filled two more (whole) squares and actually made a packet out of those. They were great!

Edit:

those 24 small ones were put in the freezer, they'll keep that way and if I want them, it's only another 20 minutes in the oven and they're perfect again. DGM, I'll make yours on Sunday, don't think the cups will stay fresh long enough
