Could we get the first post of the sticky thread, "The MobileRead Literary Book Club Categories and Selections", updated with the general rules (or add another sticky thread).

Things like when do nominations start, the rules for nominations, if voting is blind or not, when does discussion start, ...

Just a suggestion.
