Likely worth it to try and check them out anyway. E-readers are a personal experience and what one person likes, the next person hates. If you're left handed you may want a screen that you can tap the left side to go forward (rather than the back that is usually the default), or buttons that can be changed the same way. Size of device and positioning of buttons may influence your decision. One thing to keep in mind is that the display models likely have older firmware, so functionality and functions may not reflect the current state of the device (normally better with new firmware). It's worth taking time to read a bunch on here because there may be things you never thought of that you'd like to have or not.
Don't have any of the devices you're looking for so I can't specifically comment on them.
