The Marx Brothers as directors - perfect! But I'm fond of John Zorn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Zorn) to score the music. If you'd like to hear Dada written for a string quartet and performed brillianty then check out 'cat o' nine tails' here: http://www.jasperquartet.com/Media.html - I almost fell out of my chair in the performance I attended. It's something like listening to a montage of all the best scenes from a Tom and Jerry cartoon.
