This is similar to a debate on MR from way back when the prs505 was new and people were dismayed to find that they could not carry their library with them as the device couldnt handle more than say 500 books at a time and would take an age to sort them on the device.
then as now why produce a device with the space for say 1000 books if it cant handle them and then include expansion slots.
when prs+ was released and i installed it on my 505 it was amazing to have my whole library with me and be able to choose from a favorite author or try someone new and if i didnt like the book i had access to my whole library. this is why i bought a reader in the first place so i would have all my books all the time.
