Oh, you're absolutely right about that. Amazon is very "hubrisy." But they are #1. You expect #1 to be that way.

What surprises me about B&N is that they behave AS IF they were #1. They don't seem to realize that they aren't the big gun anymore, and their business strategy needs to change accordingly.

BTW, I didn't like the original nook...didn't feel right in my hand, was too heavy. Love the keyboard Kindle. Different strokes.
