There have been many others, but my remark was not intended to criticize you. I apologize that it came off that way -- I'd be the last person to complain about new posts on old ground since the search function doesn't work well for me, either.
I hopped in like I did because the last time this was discussed there was some heated "why do we need all these fancy gadgets" discussions that sort of forgot that people with special needs get a great deal of value from enhancement technologies. I was hoping to prevent that from happening again with some humor.
I can see why my post seemed less like making fun
with you and instead felt like I was making fun
