Washington, DC, yes. No state capital named Washington. Given Bilbo's Jackson (Mississippi), there's only one left, the interesting one. I'll leave it open for a bit, in case anyone wants to claim it, but HIMS is winner in any case and can post a question at his pleasure.

ETA: Daithi got the MI portion of Jackson. Harrisburg was named after an English trader named Harris (I had to look that bit up).
