I certainly agree about the 7 inch screen. I sorta kinda think maybe Sony still has one up it's sleeve, but it's wishful thinking, I know.

I acquired my 950 when it became obvious to me that (1) the Kindle Fire was a dud as an EBR and (2) the existence of a relatively low priced 7 inch LCD meant that there was not going to be enough demand for a 7 inch e-ink screen to tempt the manufacturers.

However. I recently picked up a Sony T1 and am immensely pleased with it. I don't know what it is - the relative size of the screen compared to the casing, or the size of the fonts, but the 6 inch screen seems larger to me than 6 inch screens on other devices.

The upshot is that the 950 has become my bedside EBR, and the T1 my actual carry-around EBR. My tired old eyes appreciate the extra real estate on the screen at night, because I can use larger fonts and still feel like I'm reading a whole page of a book.
