Sorry to hear about your fiasco. EBSCO... that sounds like something I used through the library. Academic journals and such.

Yeah but iTunes and Adobe update way more than necessary, IMHO. It seems like every time I boot up the computer I need to update them.

Yep, EBSCO is a bit database that provides academic journal articles and popular magazine articles as well. They also do library eBooks now.
