What I find hard to understand are works from authors who are still active and could
be building their readership, if these "Out of ePrint" books were in circulation. (I find
it even harder to live with where a series is only partially available in ebook form.)

Hopefully, we are just going through a transition period, with both advantages and
disadvantages for the consumer. I would hope that authors are getting the message
that they need not let their books go "out of print" and off the market, at the publisher's
option, anymore.
