Frankly, in my opinion, I don't really think the average Vox user has experienced any of the problems we read about here. Or if they have, they probably didn't know it or worry about it. I know that when I first had mine, I didn't really know the difference between when it was "sleeping" and when it was "off", so when it didn't turn on with a touch of the button, I just pushed it longer. Even the reviewers are biased and privy to all kinds of rumours that the average user wouldn't hear.
