This has now dropped at the publisher and ARE, and is also free @ Sony (available to Canadians), who've apparently started receiving* the Ellora's Cave freebies as well.

Suggested title update (I checked to make sure this would fit):

Free (nook/Kindle/Sony/+2 DRM-free) The Bond That Ties Us [Sci-Fi Erotic Romance]

* If you want a syncable Sony version for the past 7 or so EC freebies offered, you can now pick them up.

PS. Another free read from Christine d'Abo, the fantasy erotic romance Wizard's Thief is no longer free from Ellora's website, but still priced at $0 at Sony if you want it.
