Cowboy Stories - The Quiet Western Pulp
One of the lesser known Western pulps published by Street & Smith was COWBOY STORIES. Actually, COWBOY STORIES was first published by W.M. Clayton, the first issue appearing in May of 1925. The first issue, however, was nothing by reprints from ACE-HIGH, and the first true issue wasn't until October of that year. In 1933, Street & Smith purchased the magazine and ran it until 1937.http://lauriepowerswildwest.blogspot...tern-pulp.html
