yes.

another strategy i one in which all 6300 books would bemerged,the mobi files merged and a have a table of contents to at the start which would lead you to the title you wish to read.

thus you would have a gigantic single book of 2gigs in size with a table of tents or of collections table allowing you directaccess anywook.

i did look for such software and even used tested the idea using pdf,txt,html,rtf,etc merge software which worked in merging but failed to create TOC when i used calibre.

The idea works and you can have gigantic sized books but no table of contents which means you must it is tedious to access any particular book.


maybe somebody here knows how to get calibre to create
a collections table in the giga book.

and then TOC within the collection table for each book.


you could do it manually but that would take forever....

maybe some kind of bat files or software or calibre hack??
