@Drumm, you can do one of three things:

1. Just get an .apk from someone who has one and sideload it on. This is the easiest but you won't get updates or the latest version, and the apk could be just masquerading.

2. Root your nook and install MarketEnabler which may help to spoof your location as in the US and using a US carrier. This one didn't work for me when I tried to get the NOOK for Android app.

3. Get an account with AppBrain and install the Android Appbrain app. Then install and configure their fast web installer which pushes apps to the device. Once you've done that, go to the AppBrain site on your PC, and find the NOOK app for android. Click the big install link and choose the fast web installer option when prompted. It should then redirect your phone to the Market link and you're done
