Calibre handles multiple book formats, what you describe is not an existing book format.

Calibre is not an ebook creation tool. You might want to google create cbz book for info on how to create books in this format.

Calibre's manual is limited to using calibre, managing ebooks, converting ebooks, sending ebooks to devices, but not creating ebooks.

Creating ebooks is quite a lot of work, the Mobileread wiki has some info and links to programs that could help.
