I just bought my second ebook reader. I upgraded from a Sony 600 to a 650, but didn't keep the 600. I bought a Pocketbook 360+. I have just always thought it looked cool and I've managed to convince myself that the two readers are different enough that I could justify having two...
Ha ha ha. We'll see how that works out. The plan now is to try them both and sell one later.
Ideally I would like to have one small screen reader like the Pocketbook and one large screen reader like the Pocketbook 902 or something similar. Then I can have a big one for home and a small one for my purse.
Ebook readers are like any other electronic gadget. People just like to have different ones. There's no reason sometimes.
