I am reading the ePub version of 11/22/63 and it has embedded fonts. It looks quite nice. I did convert it to Mobipocket jest to see how it looks and it doesn't look nearly as nice. This is one reason to go with an ePub capable device. When the ePub is made this well, it's a pleasure to read (as long as you like the story).
