Personally, I like Kindle, use one for pleasure reading + studies (sommelier). Also use Kindle as part of package for clients. The support is via forum, but the device is light, reliable, intuitive, and seem to be more of the authors & text books I need. The last reason I like it is ability to upload a personal document, make notes, carry with, upload research clips I've collected as pdf for further study. very handy @ reasonable price.
