Hi!

Just bought my first ereader, the Sony PRS-T1. I am trying to set up my ReaderStore account so that I can access the public library books. I created an account when I was on my reader, but now when I try to log in it gives me an internal system error (-50509). It also says when I do log into my account using the reader app on my computer that I have no devices set up. How do I set up a device?? I also want to upgrade my firmware but can't seem to figure that out either?
