I think I understand it now. Actually, there's no need to add a new 'web' tag or anything. (HTML is my format of choice for text-based ebooks). Tagging HTML files with the 'book' tag will do, just as it should.
Now, perhaps it made sense not to tag HTML files as 'book' when iRex was planning to let DR users access the internet, etc. but does that still hold?
