The biggest thing for me is Dropbox.

I set up a dedicated folder in Dropbox for my Instapaper articles. Once a day, I go into my Instapaper account on my web browser, and upload my latest articles to the Dropbox folder using the ePub converter. I can do this from any computer, and my iPad or iPhone. I have Dropbox set up as my Home Page on the T1, so I can download the compiled articles file for the day to the T1, as a separate book. Each article shows up as a link in the table of contents.

I also put an alias to my calibre library into Dropbox, so I can add any book I have to the T1 so long as I can find a wireless hotspot - like MacDonalds.
