I just picked up Warbreaker...according to Sanderson's blog, its almost like a sister book to Elantris with some of the same ideas but taken in a different direction.

I plan to read Misborn but won't bother with Stormlight until most of the books are out.
I just finished Warbreaker and really like it. I give it the edge over Elantris because I thought the magic system was really neat. According to the annotations in the book, he may do a sequel. I would love that.

Just downloaded the Mistborn Trilogy to my Kindle (as one ebook!) and plan to start it tomorrow. I seem to be on a Sanderson kick at the moment.
