If you read them on an eReader - say a Kindle for example, you could move them into a "Finished" collection. That way, all the books you've read would be in there.

Other than that, you could do what my friend does - she has a list on her tumblr stream of all the books she's read, which link to mini-reviews of each book.

Or just make a note on a piece of paper
