You did read this sticky? https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=119175 it applies if you use the GUI.

You might be able to use the command line interface which is tedious, but allows converted files to NOT be stored in the Library.

Send to Device and Save to disk can use Metadata to set a file name and path when saving ELSWHERE.
