According to GeckoCovers's facebook wall:
"GeckoCovers.com Dag Peter, de cover weegt 158 grams, hij gebruikt 2 celknoop batterijen type: CR 2032 3V. The stylus kan bevestigd worden in een houder aan de binnenkant."

So it is a CR 2032, which as stated is a very common Lithium battery. The light assembly would have been bigger if they had used a AAA battery.
