I currently use an HTC 7501 Advantage to read e-books.
It is/has:
Mobile Phone
Win CE - computer
5" LCD
PDA
Web Enabled
Wireless
Bluetooth.
Touch Screen with good handwriting recognition.
8gb microdrive.
USB port
Will allow other devices to internet from it.

Despite an easy to read screen, I read too fast and spend more time screen updating then reading. I'd like a e-book device that can do RSS feeds, PDF and e-books(primary) with more screen real estate, plus I don't want to be locked in to a provider that has "control" (Kindle?). Websurfing and such I can do from the 7501.

Though I'm not rich, cost, if it is the right device, will be a minor consideration.

Suggestions, ideas, musts?

As an aside the 7501 has the Opera web browser - far superior to Explorer -it adjusts the web content correctly to screen size -HTML books to - and other neat stuff

thank you
