Recipe updates for add_toc_thumbnail
The attached standard recipes have been updated to use the add_toc_thumbnail method to put images in the Kindle "articles list" view of the table of contents. The recipes are backwards compatible via the .hasattr test to work with a version of calibre earlier than the update this week (Dec 16) that will add the add_toc_thumbnail method to the basic news recipe.
