I may be wrong (Harry will correct me if so) but I think the 'new and improved cover' that James Franks refers to is in actuality a newer casing for the device rather than the separate cover.
This from the Bookeen site:
"Cybook New Edition available for sale
Bookeen is proud to announce the availability of the new edition of the Cybook Gen3. With 512 MB (1,000 books) of internal storage memory, a new firmware version and a revised housing which facilitates navigation, the Cybook becomes the thinnest, lightest device with the largest storage capacity on the market. Go and visit
our shop to get more information."
So I think the email was referring to the new housing (casing) rather than the cover. Perhaps the meaning was "Lost in Translation"?
