I don't know about Sony but I wouldn't recommend using any "cleaning solution" to clean the screen, it could damage the display coating or cause discoloration. Just wet a soft cloth with clean water and wipe the dirt off once in a while should be sufficient.
Actually, (and this applies to Sony too) use a dry microfiber cloth. That usually works well enough to get the screen clean. if that's not possible to get the screen clean enough, then use a dab of water on the screen where it needs to be clean and use your microfiber cloth again.
