No, it's very deep, but not too deep, although it does require a knowledge of technical diving, a tri-mix gas breathing mixture, and very looooong planed decompression stops. Do-able for those with the proper advanced training. You can figure about 20 minutes going down, about 20 minutes on the wreck then about 5-6 hours coming back up.

No, it's off the shipping routes too.
